The Idea of Establishing the Company:

The company was first established at 1988, in a form of a small commercial office and the main activities was distributing Fruits juice, soft drink, and tissues in Lattakia and its neighborhood in a limited distribution tools.

The development of the Idea:
After years of hard work in the distribution office the team work gained exceptional experience in the distributing and marketing, and as a result of this experience and the good reputation we earned the local producers, and importers chose our company as an exclusive distributors for their products, to guarantee that these products will have a good channels in the markets.

In the year 1996 and as a natural result of increasing size of the business, and the need for larger size of distributing comes the idea of increasing the investment, so we established the new company on wide area in Latakia suburbia (the industrial part of Latakia) to build the warehouses and the refrigerating rooms designed specially for food products. Besides the big factory for manufacturing the food products On the other hand we purchased private distributing cars to cover the hole country.

The new establishment was accomplished on 1/1/1997 and the factory starts producing the following products at the year 2000:

-          Shamsi instant powder,

-          natural fruits flavors

-         Shamsi instant Cappuccino
